Hi
I came over to US legally on tourist visa in 1999 and at the day of my entrance I was 16 years 8 months 15 days old.
I've been here ever since after overstaying it. Graduated HS and 4yr college during the years. Are there any exemptions as far as age requirement in the Dream Act?
I cover all of the other reqs except the age which is off by 8 months 15 days. I would like to know if it's possible to still get accepted or if anyone in similar situation got their forms approved/declined. Would like to avoid paying filing fees just to find out the application getting rejected.
Any info is highly appreciated and thank you in advance.
