Jaac89 I keep trying to get a status check with uscis and they keep telling me they're currently doing applications from jan. 3rd!! It's been over 6 months.. I'm soo fckn mad!

So I called them again today and the lady said that they're currently processing applications from December 31st last year. Texas center. I sent mine March 31st. anyone had Texas center and get it approved before?

It`s been 145 days since I applied and my application still says initial review last activity was on 04/07. I keep calling them and they wont tell me anything until the end of september :/

I called them and asked for a status update but they told me I have to wait 6 months. I checked my status on their website and it says last activity on my case was april 7th!. I hate it! Im sure now I'll probably be one of those people that took more than 6 months to get a decision. To top it off, I quit my job before applying 4 months ago thinking it would take less than 4 months because I meet all the requirements..

It has officially been 3 months since I took my biometrics. I have a couple of friends that applied 2 weeks after I did and have been approved already. My application was sent to Texas. :/

I was wondering if anyone already approved had been arrested before? I took my biometrics on 4/30 and nothing... Texas center.

I think the more applications us is receives from a city or state it will take longer to get approved. I live in Chicago and from the people I've asked it takes from 4+ months to get approved. I've been waiting 3 1/2 months and nothing yet.. What city are you from? (People who got approved).. Anyone that has been approved got any misdemeanor before?

Was your I-765 approved at the same time as the I-821D ?? USCIS website says their 3 month time frame starts after I-821 D is approved.

It seems that every case is different; I have friends that were approve within 3 months of applying and others that have taken up to 6 months. If you don't have a criminal record, it should take less time to get approve. You have a similar timeline to my application, Any updates?
