I send my application, on September 13 2012 I waited for a month and I went to do my biometrics, after that everything was perfect until I got a letter on the mail, on November 13 2012, telling me that my evidence for the year 2010 was not enough, I pay 2000 for a lawyer "big mistake" she did do nothing she took my money and waited just like me, well I collect all my evidence and I send them all my proves, after that its been a year and 10months and still haven't got approve, I call them every 90days they keep sending me latters a week after I call them, saying that my case is pending and that if in 90 days I don't get an answer to call them back again, I wait for 90 days call them back and, I get the same latter over and over, my question if someone can help, is what can I do? I'm worry now all the people I know got an answer already
