my application was received on june 4th and i received a text on june 12 thats my application was accepted and sent out to Nebraska processing center. i received the 2 receipts letters in the mail on june 15th, but i have not received the letter with my biometrics appointment. does anyone know how long it takes for me to receive the appointment letter? ive read some cased that they get it a week or so after they get the text. i dont wanna miss my appointment. it been 20 days now since they received my application. should i call them to find out. any advice would be great. thanks in advance! jose

hello everyone, im new to the forum and congrats to all the people who have been approved. i would like to start by saying that after months and months of thinking about applying for DACA, i finally went ahead and mailed my application on June 2, 2014 and was received the next day. But, now i'm getting worried.... because as a juvenile, i was arrested for breaking into a student store with a few friends at a school. i didn't lie in the application and i submitted an extra sheet explaining what had happened. it turns out the school didn't press charges, but i did receive some community service and a year probation. i also mailed a letter that i got from the court that said i had no criminal record though. however, im also worried about the bio-metrics because at the time of the arrest i was finger printed..... i know i qualify under everything else, but this issue with my past is whats worrying me now. does anyone know of anyone that had something similar to my situation and that got approved? any info would help. thanks!
