I just checked and yes it says April 2, 2014, but that information is from october...so now they could be working on applications from may....i hope..lol

So this morning my lawyer sends me an email to confirm my biometrics appointment. I already went on August 4th. She says that maybe something went wrong with their system because more of her clients have recieved the notice to go again. I'm a little bummed out, but better this than something worse. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi, I don't think there's anything to fear..my parents both are undocumented and they have traveled several times from north Carolina to Chicago and back. They use greyhound and they haven't gotten any issues. Hope it helps

hey, i hear you on the money issue, its not easy trying to save the money for it. I hope you're able to get the help you need. Have you tried going to churches or catholic charities? sometimes they help or help you find help. Or maybe there's something you can do to make some money...idk...carwash, bake sale, facepainting?? or ask family to help you out a little? I have 2 girls and my husband is the only one that works, so it was a very hard couple of weeks, but we made it. I felt time was running out for me too since im 29!

Hi, this question may seem dumb or even not important but I want to know when does USCIS cash the check, is it after receiving it at the lockbox or after its been sent to the service center? Thank you for your time

My lawyer lied!!! she didnt mail my application on 6/30. She mailed it till 7/8/2014! So here it is Date sent: 7-8-2014 Recieved:7-9-2014 Sent to Chicago Mail method: Certified mail So far that's what i have...i hope things move along just fine...nervous!!
