    how long after sending rfe to uscis will i have an answer? i sent it june 27, 2014 and got an email on july 2nd that they had gotten my info. and its at the nebraska office.
  1. I sent the documents USCIS asked for with the RFE and got an email saying they got in on July 2nd. Its at the Nebraska office and everything from start to now has been done by an attorney. I would like to know how long it takes for an answer? I've heard the Nebraska office is the slowest in the country. Thanks Ricardo
