Okay. So EWI to the united states at the age of 11. This was before 2004. I am now 21. Living in a rough area, I got involved with a gang and got 2 possession of a firearm charges when I was 16. I did not get charged as an adult for both cases, and my case was handled in juvenile court. I have since got my ged, married a usc (the love of my life) , became part of my church and rehabilitated back into society. My record has been clean for over 4 years now. Do you think I will be approved for daca? Any thoughts are welcome, please help me with some understanding . Thanks!

BTW I am no longer in the gang and have turned my life around.

Okay I need help n hope someone can answer. My husband was in ice custody of last year. T be y cane to our house and picked him up. We got bail, and our lawyer told us to apply for daca. So we did. This was dec. 23 of 2013. My husband had 2 gun charges when he was 16, but they were both handled in juvenile court and were not counted as felonies. He is now 20 and has had a clean record ever since. Does anyone think he will get approved?
