That's correct you can't but you can re apply. Pay the fees start all over again & do the process. Whatever the asked you for and you didn't send it make sure put it in the package.

You need to expunge your DUI first before sending anything. I think if DACA is removed I hope not. We are all going to be using are SSN one way or another it depends I guess on the Form I-9 my boss didn't make us sign that form

Good question on the SSN I asked an attorney she said that's really up to your employer. I don't know the penalties for using your SSN when your permit has expired

I just checked right now. My work permit was approved again after being lost & it's being produced. I hope the post office doesn't loose it again.

I'm scared for all who have a DUI. This young man was release under bail but I don't know his future from here on.

The policy has change since then. Everyone is a priority now. 1) If you have an order of deportation 2)DUI,Domestic Violence etc. 3) Everyone else

Jessica what did they tell the guy who was arrested by ICE he's getting deported? Alex he send this renewal about a month ago so I"m assuming by July or so he will get an answer.

This is the different scenarios I see. - For me I got denied DACA the first time because of an old DUI from 2007 before DACA existed. I expunged my DUI then I got approved. The post office lost my work permit, so I"m waiting to if I got my replacement card approved. What can happen to me is try to renew it & get denied again regardless I was approved the first time. Then worry if ICE will come for me!!! - Alex has DACA but got a DUI while on it. Now he trying for renewal with an expunged DUI. if he is approved then there's a chance you and I can get approved again. You must first pay all your fine & try to remove some how the hit & run or what not & expunge your DUI before you apply again.

But in his case he never expunged & applied.

This person had DACA then got a DUI did his renewal & got rejected? or did he not have DACA at all, got a DUI then try to apply for DACA I'm trying to understand that way I can give you what I think it's some good advice.

So he got picked up by ICE 6 months after his DUI & then he tried to apply for DACA?
