Bump! My congressman just sent me this email! "I have learned that your case was transferred from the Nebraska Service to California Service Center. Your biometrics were received last month and the petition is enroute to an officer's desk. An email has been sent to the officer to give it priority. They will send me an email once a decision has been reached. Thank you." YAY! I'm a step closer to getting approved! I heard California Service Center Is very fast !

Your husband Barely did his biometrics last week....., he should expect to get a decision within 6 months. Actually California service center is pretty fast so he might get approved in 3 or 4 months :-) that's if he doesn't have a criminal record.

Go to another state and apply for a normal State ID, that's what I would do.

Yeah they could be working with May applications. :-)

They updated there processing timeframe on USCIS.gov, it says in Texas Service Center there working on April 2,2014 for DACA.

I'm still waiting as well, I'm at 3 months today, my cases are being processed in Nebraska service center, I hope I get approved VERY VERY SOON. I heard California center is fast? Hopefully you get approved soon!

O wow so they must be working on August applicants because your received date is 8/05/2014. My received date is 9/04/2014 and I did biometrics walk-in on 9/26/2014 and I'm still waiting..............sigh....

I'm optimistic that future Presidents, Republican or Democrat, won't dare remove DACA. The DHS/USCIS has a vested interest in maintaining the revenue that they get every two years when we apply for DACA extensions and so the DHS Secretary will be sure to lobby to keep DACA around for that if nothing.
