sorry im so happy i cant even write i mean shouldn't i first get approved for deferred action becasue that would give me legal status and then i should be approved for my application for employment. not the other way around ??

Mayar their asking me for the samething my lawyer said for the PROOF OF PRESENCE IN THE UNITED STATES ON JUNE 15, 2012 they mean that you need to send something proving you where here on june 15, 2012. like something you bought or if you had a doctors appoiment that day. something like that , if you dont have anything for that day try sending stuff from a month before and a month after and i think you should be fine. i have a bank account and i bought some stuff that day so i plan on sending that, and on that day i went and asked for my medical record wich has the date and my name i will send that as well. best of luck

im sorry to hear that i know we all have had it very hard. just keep going fordward. if you have any pictures of you that can show you were in the US i think that might help.

so here is my timelinne....on AUGUST 21 my app;ication was resived in chicago....my BIOS were taken SEP 26 2:00PM(NOT A WALK IN).....SO ITS BEEN 25 BUSINESS days from my bios and 52 business days since they got my application do you think i should be worried??? HELP I cant take it any more it feels like this is never going to end

I was going to take my passport but its way expired. so a couple of days I made an appoiment to get my matricula they gave me the appoiment on the 26 at 11:30.....i went to my PO box yesterday and I got my biometrics appoiment on the 26 at 2:00 it was a close one....god is good

hey itzel in your signature it said that they tex you back, that your letter was accepted. what dose that mean? that you qualify for deffered action or what? and did they give you an appoiment for the biometrics or whats next after you hear back ??

Im paying 1000 for everything I live in the rockies everything is expensive here. this was the cheapest I could find..there is this lawyer in the radio she is charging 2000+the 460 for the applications !!! and people are going to see her !!! -

my packet is huge, I have a 3 year old so I have all sorts of medical records, my school recorsd are a lot, and while I was prego a nurse came to see me every week so I have a lot of those papers
