I did my renewal on my own and sent in the applications they were received April 16th. I received my biometrics appt letter 2 weeks after went to the appt mid May I received my notices of Approval in the mail about a month ago and still no card. My original expired yesterday 7/29 now my boss said he's taking me off the schedule until I show him the new one. I called the customer service line and he said it hasn't been sent out and that my application hasn't reached the 90 days to make a request. What should I do? I'm in California, I'm the only bread winner in a household of 3, I can't afford to be out of a job.

Yes it can be up to 90 days but when I called they said the avg was 60 days if you don't receive it after a month call and they will put a request for it to be moved to priority. They are really behind making them. I called so many times and after a month it still wasn't in production.

Thanks I'm so happy, my boss too.

Thank You God!!! I unexpectedly received my card via fed ex today after a month and a week of waiting.

Just called again they said the wait for the ead right now is 60 days so I have about 2 more weeks

I called still not in production they said there's nothing else they can do and that I just have to wait

They couldn't accept my letter saying I was approved, USCIS said there's nothing else my employer can do and just to wait for the card. USCIS said my employer cannot call because it is not permitted. So right now its been a week and nothing already put in a petition saying I haven't received my card and they responded with give them another month.

I showed them my paperwork where it states I can work til 2017. Since its still not the card, they said they will let me know, once the office decides. :/

I'm going to do that today with my boss and his boss, hopefully they can work with it. We aren't part of e verify but they still run all the social security and background checks. Hopefully our main office says I can continue working.

What Are The Social Security Restrictions Provided By Daca?
Osi_Land replied to Francisco94's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
Make sure to tell them its a restricted social and they work with you. I have two credit cards, and also had a credit check done when I purchased my car. The car dealer asked for my social and I gave it to him and told him it was a work only social he said it was fine he just had to change something on the computer and voila it went through. I plan on buying a house next year and have been building my credit, I never transferred anything from my itin and my credit is very good a year after my first credit card. Good luck.- 7 replies

No. You have to use private insurance either offered by your job or look online.
