Thank you for the info I went yesterday to speak to another lawyer and she is reviewing my case and I went to the court house to get my diposition, she said there is hope but has to review the whole case. I will ask about expunging my case. I will be praying for you with God all things are possible. Stay positive! keep me updated and I will do the same.

Hi Vik, I've been following your case, like you Im in the same boat, I made one big mistake and its cost me a lot. I learned my lesson and haven't drank for 5years now. It was the worst mistake and I'm so embarrassed. I've been here since I was 5 years old.I'm still in college and have two children Im afraid to apply. Every attorney tells me not to apply but I am thinking about taking a chance and applying myself, I have all the proof I need and I have the application. Please let me know how your case is going. I have no other record other than that Dui from 5 years ago.
