    Hi, can a class b misdemeanor (possession of marijuana < 2oz) affect you from being able to renew your DACA or even revoke your current deferred action? I am a student at a university and work. Also, this has been my very first crime. This took place in Texas. Can they take the fact that I go to school, work, and that it has been my first offense into consideration to stay DACA eligible?
