Hello guys. I came across this forum online because I am in the same situation as most of you. I got a DUI almost 2 years ago. I was under DACA then but I was in the renewal process already when I was arrested. Luckily I was approved for the renewal without any issue most likely because the case wasn't settled then. I ended up taking the plea deal the court offered me. Since then I obviously stopped drinking! Even though I'm not a regular drinker, I made the mistake that night of wanting to drink with my friends & made a horrible mistake by choosing to drive. My renewal date is approaching is November & im worried that because the case is still recent I won't be able to get the charge expunged in time or try any other options that would help my case. Please if you have any advice on anything I could do to help my chances I would really appreciate it!! Thanks
