Hey guys,
I have some questions about the dmv process to renewal my license. I received a letter from DMV that my driver's license will expire soon and if I want to extend my limited term license I have to send them a photocopies of documents that show my legal presence. I already applied to renew my DACA and it was approved.
Since, I just received Form I-797c which is my approval notice of DACA but i'm still waiting for my new work permit. My question is should I sent them just my approval notice or wait for my work permit to arrival? and then sent them copies of the documents. My license expires on 07/08/16
Please help me because it seems like I am the only one who received this letter from DMV.
