  2. What Bank do use? BTW: You don't need to fill a W8-Ben for a Regular/Savings account. It's clearly noted in the W8 form instructions. You only need that if you plan to open a brokerage account, which is exactly what I am doing. I am also stuck on question 3. I talked to my tax lady but She had no clue. My next option is talking to a CPA. From what understand the IRS won't even give advice on W-8 forms in general. If you find anything out let me know. I let you know anything I find.
