  3. I qualified for DACA with an expunged DUI. I went through an attorney because I was also afraid of being referred to ICE. After I received DACA, I acquired legal entry by traveling with Advance Parole. I then applied to Adjust Status through my husband. Thankfully everything worked out and I just received permanent residency.
