That is the most absurd thing I have heard in 2013. From personal experience, I checked my case every single day more than 4 times each day. I did get locked out of the site twice for checking too much, but was unlocked within 15 minutes. And I had no issues getting approved. I'm pretty sure they keep track of everytime someone checks a status because they need to make sure the right person is checking it, not an intruder.

Which part? The Written Test or the Behind the Wheel Test? I took the Written test on monday and passed without issues, there are only 30 questions and it's done electronically unless you want to do it on paper.

File using your SSN, your ITIN can no longer be used after you obtained the SSN. You are required by law to send a letter to the IRS notifying them of your new SSN, and for them to rescind your ITIN. So if I were you, I would go to every place where you are using an ITIN and request it to be changed to the SSN. I worked in 2012 using a fake ssn and filed the federal and state taxes using my real SSN, I was already approved and refund (so happy) is on the way.

If they are saying that and are paralegal, I would be very careful. Sounds like they know nothing about the system and how dates work.
