  2. 19 days after biometrics, uncommon names, clear history in the US. lol no secret.
  3. I also came to the US on a Visa which expired in 2001 and I was approved in 19 days. There are no other path to legalize our status as far as I'm aware.

    If your birth certificate shows all 4 names, then you have to use them. But sometimes they can abbreviate the names.

  14. I'm not sure over there, but here it is a no. I went to the community college to request financial support and the dude there tried everything possible to get my sister and myself help, but you have to be a permanent resident at least to qualify. Good luck, there's nothing wrong with trying!

    It is true because your name is checked against many databases and since most criminals have common names it could flag yours as well and until they are sure you are not the criminal in the database they won't release the approval.

  23. Yes and no, it isn't about the state. It is mainly how fast each center works. My personal opinion is that Nebraska "Lin" center is processing documents faster than any other center.
