  1. Good luck on Winter? Lmao we live pretty close and winter is so cold!
  2. Califorina Area Biometrics

The building here is not too big.
  3. hi Im NADIA

Very touching story of your life. Things turn out for the better when we less expect it and hard work is what makes us a better person at the end. Welcome to the forum!
  4. Form of Payment

I purchased a bank check for $465 and I did not have any issues. Most people sent a single bank check/money order.
  5. I'm sure whoever is in charge will be furious as they don't want someone to sue the USCIS for racism. A scandal wouldn't do any good, specially now that they are dealing with many ethnicities more than ever.
  6. Hopefully he will be able to track down the person who denied your identification, your matricula should be accepted as long as it is not expired! I'm going with my sister to see if ours is accepted, passport has an old photo from when I was 13 and the matricula has a photo from when I was 16.. hopefully it will be accepted.
  7. I would get the insurance under my parent's name because as you said, it would be a fortune to get insurance at our age.
  8. Hi my name is Nancy

Welcome aboard Nancy! If you have any question, feel free to ask and we will do our best to guide you whenever possible.
  9. Keep Track of DACA Process

Your signature seems to be showing up just fine. What kind of code are you seeing?
  10. DACA Process from START to FINISH

Waiting for my credit card was painful enough, I can just imagine for the EAD and License/ID
  11. DACA Process from START to FINISH

I got the chills while reading this. I'm surprised how fast things went with this applicant. It is like Deferred Action is a Priority and it is coming out faster than when you actually apply for a normal work permit outside of the DA. Thank you for posting this!
  12. Itzel, it is strange that you haven't gotten your Biometrics Appointment. I suggest you to call your local ASC Office and ask if there is an appointment pending for you, it's been almost 20+ days right? Most people get it within a week. And your application is checked twice like they announced. The first time is when the check is cashed and your processing begins. If your case is approved, the money is cashed. If not, the money is returned because the process cannot continue. Good luck and I'm crossing my fingers for you to get the biometrics appointment this week
  13. He's probably entering the wrong status number. Just for the record it should begin with 2 capital letters and a few numbers, both letters you get in the mail has their own case number but both show the same exact status information. Try entering both, one at a time of course.
  14. Keep Track of DACA Process

It's New York, that office is always over scheduled busy =/
  15. That happens with everyone, the case isn't in the system for a few days. But rest assure it will be available online within a few days. Took mine a week to show the progress.
  16. I'm starting to think they aren't as bad as people make them look, they give the opportunity to fix certain things.. the hard part is fixing your history in the background check. The minimum red flag and they might looks at you as offensive.
  17. They haven't released why they are rejecting certain applicants yet.
  18. The waiting is the hardest part, but we have been waiting years and a little more won't hurt Good Luck Harika and thank you for such information!
  19. I wouldn't suggest moving out while your application is in process, one because you would have to call and request an address change which can take days and you don't know if the biometrics letter has left the facility to your original address and second it would delay the case. Sometimes you get the biometrics appointment before receiving the I-797C Official Letter. To your question, I had no idea about that going on in Georgia. Hopefully someone will be able to help you out.
  20. It doesn't, at least not in my case. It shows the date the applications were received and what the next step will be, also shows some extra information but no sign of the biometrics date. If it has past one or two weeks after your letter of approval you got in the mail, I suggest calling your local office and asking if there's a pending appointment for your case since you are expecting a biometrics appointment and hasn't arrived. I read in other forums about people not getting the letter on time and missed the appointment.
  21. Do we put down fake SSN?

They said it would be fine if you made up the number, if you are actually using someone's else number then that would be bad. But then again, like I have said many times in the forum.. everything comes up in the background check, so there's no way to hide any numbers you have used.
  22. I've heard about people missing the Biometrics appointment because letters arrived late or went missing. If your case was accepted, you might as well call your local ASC Office and ask if you currently have an appointment pending with them.
  23. I posted about the extra information they make you fill out. Some people get asked for it, and others don't.
  24. Do we put down fake SSN?

While it does says that, I opted to include the number I have been using to work with. Your applications won't be affected by it.
