  1. What to Fill and Where to Send It!

While we are at it, the form of identification has to have a recent photo to be accepted or they will simply tell you "How do we know this is really you". So while you can send photocopies of your old identification, you will need something up to date to take with you for the biometrics appointment.
  2. I will keep working at the same job until I can find another one, but the idea you gave seems perfect and sound painless. Thank you! PS: I too have a bank account and credit card, both using the ITIN
  3. The passport cannot be expired when you go get the biometrics done. It has to be renewed.
  4. Question

Please don't double post, there's an edit button for a reason Thank you. ===================================================================== If you graduated 5 years ago, then you will have to call the Central Office of the State you graduated from and they will ask for the required documentation to mail you an official transcript. How can you not know if you have graduated or not? O_o
  5. Forms

This has been asked many times, please do a search whenever you're unsure if a topic like this has already been discussed http://forum.adreama...ere-to-send-it/ http://forum.adreama...n-instructions/ //Closed
  6. Deportation is a delicate topic to discuss, but I'm not exactly sure what to say to you. I would give it a try and provide documentation, but entering for the second time illegally is something bad and I don't know how it will be in the eyes of the agent revising your friend's documents. There's a possibility that she might get deported for coming back to the US after a deportation. That's probably the reason why the attorney said she wouldn't qualify. In the other hand it is always good to consult with more than one attorney to make sure. Good luck to your friend.
  7. need help !

    Background Check Information?
  8. need help !

You can get it the very same day if you go to the B.C.I Office and there's usually a very short line depending on the state you currently live.
  9. Did you Submit your Application?

I haven't sent it yet. But I will on Monday.. hopefully.
  10. Am i still eligible??

It really depends how long you were out of the US. Were you out of the US on June 15th? If you were, then you are not eligible.
  11. Sounds about right, but if you think about the big picture it seems very difficult. Specially for those with families already established, Moving kids from school (can cause a shock), medical changes, so many stuff needs to be changed, including finding a job. Personally I would move out of Arizona, but that's only because I'm single and would be easier to start fresh.
  12. need help !

I recommend going to the B.C.I Office and get a copy of your background check. It cost $5 and it must be presented in a money order. Or visit an attorney for legal advice.
  13. If they want to get people, they would.. they know where all of us live. If you want something in life you have to risk something.. if you don't risk it, you will always live with a "what if".
  14. Current job can ruin future?

Your legal working status does not matter in this case, as long as you have a clean criminal record you should be good
  15. 15. If you entered with a visa please use, "Temporary visitor for pleasure", but if you entered illegally then use "Without Inspection"
  16. Form I-821D/Q20

Since your brothers haven't graduated yet, I think it would be safe to leave it blank or simply put the date of graduation.
  17. You're right PSWA83, a consulate ID will work as long as it has a current photo and it valid. Same goes for a passport, but the passport photo doesn't have to be actual as many countries don't change the passport photo unless you lose it or request a brand new one.
  18. Deferred Action FAQ

Please look around the forum, this has been answered so many times http://forum.adreamact.com/topic/174-full-deferred-action-instructions/ http://forum.adreamact.com/topic/134-what-to-fill-and-where-to-send-it/
  19. significant misdeamenors ?

Doesn't sound like a big deal, but you might want to ask an attorney this kind of questions. No one here would be to give you an exact answer.
  20. Questions please help!

I'm not sure what to tell you to be honestly.
  21. Story Time!

    circular hole wanting to..
  22. Questions please help!

Do you have any family member to ask for an estimate. It asks to put Month/Day/Year.
  23. I don't understand why someone would get mad at you for expressing yourself and point of view, what you just said is completely honest and right to the point.. like it or not, that's how things are at the moment, all we will get is a permission to work and a social security number and some kind of insurance to stop ICE from deporting people. The minor mistake we make might get our renewal rejected when the 2 years are up or even earlier if you commit something against the law. What I don't understand is why people bring the subject about taxes, whether you are an illegal immigrant or not, you SHOULD be paying taxes if working. Just because you don't have a social security number doesn't mean you can break the law even more and that's the reason why US Citizens are mad. A lot of people work and don't pay taxes, bringing the economy of the country we all live in down. I understand there are exception, but if your excuse is that you cant afford to pay taxes, know that with a single phone call you can make affordable monthly payments.. Your status in this subject does NOT matter. Anyone can request an ITIN to pay taxes and I mean anyone. Once again, all we get is a permission to work legally.. we won't get AID, Tuition, or Loans to go to college.. the government plan is to make us work and pay taxes. This is a good thing, you work and pay for college classes.. then pay taxes, whatever money you spend on college and utilities from college can be used to reduce your taxes fees!
