    Sounds like you already did it, after you are on the phone with the representative.. they send you a letter explaining why the case is on processing hold.

    Your evidence, your history, and so much more is why the cases are delayed. But most of them time, they are just sitting on someone's desk waiting to be reviewed and there's so much a human can do in a few hours. Some agents work faster than others and that's why someone can send the documents today and be approved within 3 weeks. It all varies, but like holdingon2promise said.. discussing the evidence you provided would be very helpful.

    If you have all that, then good luck to you! And if you do have a warrant, then you might be in a lot of trouble because that's going to show up on your record.

    Have you tried contacting them and asking why your case has been in processing hold for so long? Most of the time they do the processing hold when they can't do security clearance for some unknown reason. Have you tried the infopass? Sometimes they send letters to the wrong address and that stalls the process of your documents.
  15. You cannot speak with the person handling your case. You can only call a phone number and a random operator is going to pick up your call.

    Many people have gotten Advance Parole, but! Everyone that I know of and read about, has a citizen husband or wife. Which they can't be denied the re-entry.

      I got approved for health safety net (free care) bc I applied on the website to see if I could get in, but got denied. So, do you know if even when i got denied I will have to pay a penalty at the end of the year? I mean, I applied, they were the ones who denied me, so, I shouldn't have to pay a penalty.

    You're right about C33 not being able to benefit from ObamaCare, unfortunately that's what I read. At work the insurance cost $58/week which I think it is a complete rip off.     Personally I think everything will be slowed down with what's happening at the moment. At least anything that receives help from the federal government. But the cases won't stall there, they will be processed as planned.
