Visit the consulate, they will be able to help you obtain such documents. Just make sure to have the information they require. Good luck

I'm pretty sure getting paid under the table is an offense because you are not paying taxes Norris the person whom hired you. This is difficult to answer but it has been asked a few times in the forum already. I'm working and receiving checks under my name, what I will do is put my income, but leave the rest on $0. Mainly because I have been working for a month and a week I believe and I'm not paying for anything yet. I recommend you to do a search for "under the table" in the forum to see all the topics discussing such issues.

I won't know what to do, mainly because all my work checks have the fake ssn. I will wait until I see my attorney to talk with him. No matter what you do, it will show up on your background check they will be doing.

For the question of Country of Residence, it would be United States. For Country of Citizenship, it would be the country you were born. #13 You have to give the closest estimate of your date of entry.

Oh alright, I'm not sure if I will let my attorney send it or just ask him to give me everything and send it myself. I want to make sure I make copies of everything before sending the package.
-
While it isn't completely required when you send the copies along with your application, you need a government issued identification when you get the appointment to do your biometrics. That will be in a few weeks, I recommend going to your closes country consulate and get a passport or temporary passport which can be given the very same day. Your other option is getting an Identification card depending where you were born. For my nationality an identification card takes half a year to process it and send it to the US.

That would be hilarious to see Legal or not, you have to pay taxes non-the-less. Your legal status doesn't exclude you from ignoring taxing season. If you do ignore it and don't pay, it might create big issues in the future.

It's a great idea! I thought you sent yours already?

You can use it, but you will not be able to get your biometric with a baptism certificate. Hope that was helpful.

The bill itself should be fine, you might include a copy of your call history and as Itzel said, make sure to write somewhere in the copy why you are including it. -
Jan Brewer Bars IDs, Benefits for Undocumented Immigrants in Arizona
Rawf replied to pswa83's topic in Dream Act News
Lmao pswa! That's a little too much. -
This was already said by president Obama, the DACA doesn't qualify to receive aid help for college expenses.

This is hurtful to read. How can a person representing a state can be so hard on people? Arizona is the worst place to live and was ranked in the top 10 most boring States. People need to move out and let that governor deal with the economy because what immigrants do to work is not done by Americans.

I filled everything out myself, but then decided to make an appointment with the attorney. I don't think there's really an advantage if filled by an attorney or not, but I just want to be absolutely sure that I'm sending everything.

deferred action lawyer How much is your lawyer taxing you?
Rawf replied to Admin's topic in Dream Lounge
Oh that's for sure, the attorney I'm using is a non-profit and helps with immigration issues. I've heard so many good things about him that I had to book an appointment and see for myself. I wish I would get $100/hour at my job. -
This link will take you to some useful information and the answer you are looking for is under "Where to send it" http://forum.adreamact.com/topic/134-what-to-fill-and-where-to-send-it/

I'm paying $100 to have the applications filled out and sent with the documents required. Then I have to pay for the application fees, etc. In total it will be close to $600 with taxes if any. -

If your record is clean, then you won't have any issues as long as you can provide the documents they want.
-
Why don't you request a police record, or a background check? I'm pretty sure the police record is free, but the background check isn't. If you do have someone in the Police department, that would be easier. (Sounds risky, try getting a background check and see what you find.. might be worth it, it is up to you)
