      I got approved for health safety net (free care) bc I applied on the website to see if I could get in, but got denied. So, do you know if even when i got denied I will have to pay a penalty at the end of the year? I mean, I applied, they were the ones who denied me, so, I shouldn't have to pay a penalty.
