    Like really cant believe NOrth Carolina joined arizona, and nebraska in not giving licence to the deferred applicants! :( thats messed up!!!

      That is so absolutely sad. I am so sorry. Can't you guys sign a petition or something? Thank God MA is good about that. That is so unfair for young people living in those states. :(

      yes i dnt see the point in having apermit to work without having a licence to drive to work ! some ppl from the DMV are just so stupid, igornants !!
