      Yes, depending on the requirements you might qualify. For example, some don't care about your status except for being an exceptional student. So, if you have the grades anything is possible :)

      if its a private scholarships then yes but read the requirements very carefully.

      Private foundations are your best bet. I would research which companies in your state grant them.
