Hello, congrats and good luck to everyone! I have a question about my brother's eligibility.
My other siblings and I are eligible for this but I'm not sure if he being the youngest is. He came with us in ~2000 and has since been living with us. He's never left America. He's 13 so that's why I'm unsure of his eligibility. He just graduated from Junior High School and has education since Kindergarten til now. He's going to High School in September. Will there be an option for him to apply later on when he's old enough or can he apply now? Thank you.
