wow... You've been waiting that long just for a biometric appointment!? Or is it me not understanding what you're saying here...? Anyhow that sounds like too much waiting just to receive your biometric appointment. =0
I agree with Aled, the usual wait is two weeks. It says on their website that they must give u an appointment within 30 days. I would call USCIS and talk to an officer ASAP to get that sorted out.
