  1. On I-821D page 2 Other Names Used question 12b.First name ..........my name ends with a "y" and everyone spelled it with an 'I" at the end its spelled like that in school records n every proof i have except my Birth Certificate n my ID so how do i explain that in page 6 in additional info ?
  2. For my app i spelled my name correctly i just don't know how to give a explanation on page 6
