I have a couple of questions regarding the applications and I would appreciate it if someone could help
1. I have a copy of my passport along with my birth certificate, however it is in Spanish, do i need to translate it even though I have the passport or does that work? Also do i need any more picture IDs?
2. Do i have to prove that I was in the states on June 15th? and if so how? I've yet to receive my final report card from my last year of high school so I don't know how else I can prove it.
3. What are the benefits of having an attorney fill out an application with me? The forms are easy to understand and I haven't found much trouble filling them out, are attorneys mainly for people that violated the law?
4. How much money do we have to send, to whom, and in what form?
5.Lastly, is there a limit to how much proof we can send?
