I don't think its your status matter? No one told you you were unhirable because of any immigration matter. It could be simply because you have no past experience.
-
Im assuming you are in dilemma about that because you don't have the I-94 fi yor initial entry, right? Do you have some evident to show you were here before 2004, possibly from 2000? If yes, write down your initial entry date 2000. Even if you don't have anything to show your presence from 2000, I would put down the initial entry. If you leave the space blank, your application will come back to you in the form of RFE.
-
The application is asking for the the initial entry date, not the departure. 2000 is what you put down.

Even the lawyers have no definite answers to this matter...so it's really up to you..but I wouldn't put the income if you get paid under the table.

I was thinking getting a new cologn that I like for him to use lol because I picture colors and scene with every perfume and cologn. The one he uses matches him and tells his personality but I wanna give him a cologn with the scene that I can see in him..if all these make any sense lol -
If you have never ad a credit card and have no credit record, you need to start with a secured credit card, no matter where you apply. A secured credit card is wha everyone starts from, whether you are a citizen or not. It means you make a deposit and the amount of deposit you made is your limit for the credit card. After you build some credit for a few months, you may apply for a regular credit card with better option (lower interest, lower annual fee, and ect,.) and cancel your secured card. You will get your deposit money back if you have no depts. Talk to a banker about it to get more details. You need to have your I.d. and ssn.

Yea looks like you got approved girl. Nov 20 they got more info for your I-821d and nov 28 your EAD went under production. Makes sense. Congrats!!

Processing time is 4-6 months now. If you took your biometric sometime October, expect the waiting time to be longer than 4-6 months. You are extremely lucky if you get the result earlier than tat.

Lovely post, Sanchez. Did you write this yourself or is this a post from somewhere else? I'm jut curious.

Age has nothing to do with the processing time. The last conference call cleared up the current processing time is 4-6 months. That's for the people who've taken the biometrics during the September. Longer for October takers.

You can get a credit card with any bank or company you want. But the thing is you need to start with a secured credit card since you have no credit. That is same for everyone who's starting to build the credit weather he is a citizen or not. You make a deposit for the secured card and the amount of deposit is your card limit. The best way to build credit is use 25-30% of you limit (my banker told me up to 50% is pretty fine) and pay the balance on time every month. After about 6-8 months, you can apply for a credit card with better option, not secured. Go in to your bank and talk to one of the bankers for more information on how to build credit.

You can apply for the private scholarships. The first thing on my mind is going back to school, too, but I won't do that the first thing after I get my everything. I'm going to work to save up the money for the school. We are all excited to be able to go back to school but it seems foolish to me to go back to school if I don't have some money saved up. Surely, I can get a part time job while in school but I don't want to struggle in between work and school.

Go get your license!! Congrats again!

That's a long time! Now people applied later on September needs to stop crying about the late processing time!

He will start working on it after the inauguration, January 20, 2013. God only knows exactly when the new reform will be released.

What do you plan to do after you get your EAD?
Sinae replied to YourFriend_Gzuz's topic in Life After Deferred Action
I'll apply for the SSN, then a state I.D.i will work on the DL slowly because I'm afraid I'm going to kill myself driving around haha I've already got a place to work so I'll work and gather the money to go to college. I plan to do some volunteer works, too, which I enjoyed doing so while in high school but was restricted a lot after graduating from the high school. -
I just read a post..someone called the USCIS and the agent told him/her the processing time for the DACA is 4-6months now....so far everyone who've gotten approved didn't wait for 4-6 months! So I'm just sitting here calmly and waiting lol most people will get approved so let's chilex haha
