I submitted the bank statements of last two years. I printed them online so no charge with my online banking account. That was PNC and I had no online banking account until the day I wanted my statements. But as soon as I was set for the online account, I had access to all my previous statements. I think the PNC lets you see the past six or seven years of statements. I'm not sure hOw this works with the other banks.

Medical record is not a memdatory. So if you have other documents to file along with your application papers, you don't have to worry about your dentist record.

Has anyone receive a letter for an infopass appointment!?
Sinae replied to Ronny17's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
Sounds like an interview..an applicant may go under an additional interview after the biometrics before the decision is made. -
Lawyers representing you, your age, and your race; these are things some people say that effect the outcome of your application, which don't. It might have seemed like the processing time is shorter for people who have applied without a lawyer because, remember, the day someone went in to see the lawyer isn't the day the lawyer send the application. That's one thing, the other thing is, most of the people who applied through a lawyer have more chances of something to come up during the back ground check.

In every states, you need to take the written AND practical test. The only difference is the required documents to be checked upon registering.

Remeber, there's a posibility that you might have over looked your documents. Make sure every paper has YOUR FULL NAME and DATE! When I prepared my papers and my brother's and went in to see my lawyer to go over the applications, half the papers I prepared had either no date or no name, which was my careless mistake. None of my bank statement had my name on them. I printed them out from my online banking account and I thought of course they'd have my name on them. Some of my brother's school record didn't state the clear date so I had to get some different papers. Make sure all the copy versions of your documents are as clear as the original ones. -
That's crazy! I didn't know there were check points in between states? I've never seen one? But I love the non-citizen answer lol I guess some states further down have check points..

Congratulations!! That was quick for you. Now you can go apply for the SSN.

You are not the only one concerned about the processing time. More people applied as days went by, so the waiting line got longer for ones case to be reviewed. Your case will go under review and as long as you haven't received a rejection notice, your case is still on the line. Let's be patients.

In PA, one needs to show the EAD or passport, a government document showing your current immigration statues, and two proofs of residency and phone bill isn't an appropriate bill as a proof......https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?key=0AuM5FY-OG4A2dEtlNUF5dUlzTlFUSkFKZTc5MXhvbVE

Walk-in Biometrics--Anyone been denied a walk in appointment?
Sinae replied to NilviaRR's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
There's a chance the guard won't let you in if the ASC is too busy. I did a walk-in and had no problem. There was someone who went in during the morning time for a walk-in and didn't get in so he went in the same day afternoon and got in. -
Did someone had to sign the USPS mail upon the delivery?

First time ever...I'm agreeing with moe...

I'm sure when the other post was made, the girl who wrote the post didn't write the post with an intention to make anyone feel guilty. She was simply pleading everyone not to turn their back on anyone after the DACA is granted but she never mentioned anyone to be here all the time. I'm sure she's got the common sense that we will be busy after we get the EAD. It is just so true that some people discriminate certain group of people, such as us, even within the same racial group. I think she wrote the post out of her hurtful experience, which I'm sure a lot of people can connect with. This forum is just a really good community with everyone walking on a very similar path, so of course no one wants to lose the connection made here. I know that I will be sticking around here whenever I get the chance, and I'm sure most of us will be checking the forum even if not actively interacting within the forum. The staffs for the forum aren't required to sit in front of the computer all day long just to wait for someone with a question to pop up. And we all try to help out the beat we can when we get the time. There's no need for someone to be offended or feel guilty about anything. If anyone need help and can't wait for someone to answer their question in next few hours, he/she should hire a lawyer.

Any and every evidence you send in is the copy version. The USCIS will request the original if they need to see the original version. When the USCIS requests you the original version and you send in the original version, you will get the original document back once they finish the review.

Rawf, how do you check if financial aid is available for a DACA granted student or not?
-
I don't think so. The biometrics appointment letter doesn't require a parent/guardian for minors. My bro is 16 and he didn't need a guardian to be with him when he was taking the biometrics.

Woman...i don't see you anymore T^T

That's the time when the flood of people applied for the DACA. So your case won't be approved in a month like the initial applicants. As long as you haven't recieved any rejection notice, your case is still under the review. Let's be patience and never lose your hopes. I wish you a good luck.

Biometrics is where the ASC take your finger prints and a picture to do a background check on you. Bring the appointment letter and an I.D. and the rest of the steps will be lead by the ASC staffs.

It is best to provide the i-94 number but you are not required to provide one if you don't have one.

ANYBODY APPROVED WITH A MISDEMEANOR?
Sinae replied to elva816's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
Consult a lawyer -
Itzel covered every potential reasons for your later approval notice and Jose covered what happens after the biometrics. Even if there was something came across during the back ground check, as long as the record shows you are raised out of the same action andthe USCIS determines you don't hold a public/national threat, chances are you will be approved. You will receive a form of i797 upon the application acceptance or rejection.
