You should receive a response within 60 days after sending back an RFE, although some people have been waiting longer, but that's supposed to be the processing time.
-
I don't think there have been many interviews. I haven't heard of someone who has been to one on the forums.

Nc License With A Social Security Print Out ..

Congrats. Only $4 dollars? Nice. -
Try to do an e-service request online. If it lets you, explain to them that your case status says you should have received a response within 60 days

Applied In October Now I'm Approved "drake Voice"
JoseG replied to YourFriend_Gzuz's topic in Dream Lounge
Congrats! -
Some people aren't able to see their status online until there is an update to their case. After the Biometrics appointment letter, you won't get any further letters or updates until you are approved/denied or receive an RFE. You'll just have to wait until either one of those happens.

No. USCIS has a processing time of 90 days for your I-765 application after your I-821D has been approved.

How to obtain a Social Security Number after DACA Approval
JoseG replied to JoseG's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
That depends on your state, whether they accept printouts, just the number, or if they require to see the actual card. -
I'm still not sure if they're required or not. On the I-765 Instructions, there's 3 things that are listed that need to be submitted. A. Copy of I-94 B. Copy of EAD, if no prior EAD has been issued, a copy of a government ID like a passport. Then it says, if you are filing under DACA, no further documents are required. C. Submit two passport style photographs. In the B requirement it says that no other things are necessary, I'm not sure if that applies to the two passport style photographs. I've heard of people being approved without sending in the photographs. Either way, it's a good idea to send the photos in. They only cost like $10 bucks at a Walgreens.

How to obtain a Social Security Number after DACA Approval
JoseG replied to JoseG's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
The names nor SSN are required. Some SSAs don't even look at the application. Both times I've gone, the workers just go off of the birth certificate or EAD, so if you take your passport instead of your birth certificate, your parent's name won't be on there. I doubt it matters though, just write their name and check the Unknown box. -
First time I hear of an interview for DACA.
-
Eh, not too sure about that one haha.
-
The first time I tried to make an appointment, the first one available was a month away, so I made that appointment. Then a few days later I tried again and there was an open spot available the next week.

Should be between a few hours.

Yes. You can't have an EAD without DACA.

Yeah, it looks like the package was sorted and ready for delivery at the local post office in Dallas TX, 75222 on April 23 at 7:05 am, so it should have been delivered that day, but it doesn't show that it ever went out for delivery or was delivered. Maybe it was delivered, but USCIS hasn't updated your status yet. It sometimes takes 3-5 days after it has been delivered for USCIS to send out the notifications. If it was delivered on the 23rd, you should probably get the notifications tomorrow if you signed up for text and e-mail notifications. I've ordered items before and sometimes the USPS tracking didn't show that the item was delivered until after a few days later.
-
You can PM me the tracking number if you'd like.
-
It sounds to me like your package still hasn't been delivered since it says sorting. Difficult to know without the tracking information.
-
The I-765 usually updates first, then the I-821D comes after. Your I-821D should be approved within a few hours.

Oh well, some people have to wait a few extra days, some don't. -
Since you used documents which weren't yours, I would put Entry Without Inspection.

If you have no other reason for being inadmissible, like prior order of deportation, etc. You will be able to travel if this revision is made to the Advance Parole application. Most of us DACA approved only have Unlawful Presence as our only inadmissibility, and this revision will make it so that when we leave with Advance Parole, it won't count as a departure from the United States, so we won't be subject to being barred for 3 or 10 years. If someone has had an order of deportation or ordered removed prior to obtaining DACA, they will need to reopen their case and obtain closure of their removal proceedings before they travel, or else their departure will result in them being considered deported.
