Congrats. The I-765 application usually updates first, then the I-821D follows within a few hours. -
It might depend on the ASC you go to. The one I went to here in California there were people there who were waiting for other who were doing their Biometrics and yes, there were some children there.

Does Doing A Service Request Really Works?

In this case, it's different than the other people who are doing Service Request for their DACA application because there is no processing time for DACA, but there is a processing time after you send back the RFE, which is 60 days. If the level 2 rep told you to wait until April 10, I would wait until then since it isn't a long time from now. If you don't hear anything by then, call again and try to put in a Service Request this time so that it goes straight to the Service Center. -
I did an e-Service Request for my sister's case because of a typo on her I-821D letter and I got the response by e-mail only.

I don't think there's a set time between doing Service Requests. All I know is that you have to wait up to 15 days after doing a Service Request for a response.

A notice of intent to deny or NOID is a formal statement from USCIS that it has determined that the applicant is ineligible for the immigrant benefit requested. However, the USCIS will grant the applicant an opportunity to overcome this determination and demonstrate that he or she is eligible. A Request For Evidence is basically just that, a request for more evidence made by the person who is looking over your case. -
First time getting pulled over by cops lol. I got a car last week and put it under my name but I guess it didn't come up in the system yet.

Not much we can tell you. There are quite a few people waiting 7+ months and there are no options right now besides waiting. The people who have tried doing Service Requests haven't gotten a different answer than being told that the Service Center is working as fast as they can.

I suggest you call on the 16th day if you still haven't received it. If you call before, they will most likely tell you to wait until after the 15 days to call back.

latingirl, didn't you do a Service Request for the I-765 over the phone before? That doesn't work. Your I-765 isn't outside normal processing times. You don't qualify for the I-765 application until you are approved for the I-821D. The 3 month processing time for the I-765 begins AFTER you're approved for the I-821D, so doing a Service Request for the I-765 BEFORE you're approved for the I-821D will do nothing because they can't process the I-765 because you don't qualify for an EAD without being first approved for DACA.

I would call tomorrow and tell them that your case status says that you should receive a response within 60 days, so you want to do a Service Request to find out what's going on with your application.

If your EAD and SSN both have only one last name, then there's no problem. I'm stuck with both last names on everything -.-

Your Birth Certificate along with your EAD should be enough to apply.
