  1. We need to submit proof that we have lived here in the U.S for the past 5 years starting from June 15th 2007 up until now. I graduated High School in 2009 and I will submit my transcript and high school diploma to prove that, so that leaves the remaining 3 years. The problem is that for the remaining 3 years I don't have any documents under my name. No pay stubs as I was working for cash from time to time with my uncle, no medical bills, nothing. What I do have are e-mail paypal receipts of when I ordered stuff from ebay. They show my name, my current address to which the stuff was delivered and the amount paid. I printed a bunch of them out dating from 2009-2012 in increments of about a month apart each. Will this be sufficient evidence? Would it count as "financial transactions"

  3. After months of negotiations, a bipartisan group of eight Senators has drafted a blueprint that would sharply transform the nation’s current immigration laws. NBC Latino obtained an advanced memo of the bill’s main points ahead of an announcement. Here are some brief key provisions: Pathway to citizenship for undocumented The bill provides a path to citizenship for the nation’s approximately 11 million undocumented immigrants as long as they entered the country before December 31, 2011. Undocumented immigrants without serious criminal convictions have one year – though that may be extended - to apply for Registered Provisional Immigrant Status (RPI). This would allow them to be in this country legally, work for any employer and travel outside of the United States. While RPI confers legal status, it does not make individuals eligible for public benefits, including healthcare under the Affordable Care Act. The costs to apply for RPI status are a $500 fine, assessed taxes and application fees. After 10 years, a person with RPI status will be eligible for a green card provided they have worked regularly, paid taxes, learned English and civics, and paid a $1,000 penalty. After three years with a green card, they can apply for citizenship. Dreamers can get their green cards in 5 years, and will be eligible for citizenship immediately after that. Under a new AgJOBS Act, undocumented farm workers who have been working in the U.S. would be eligible for an Agricultural Card, and if they pay taxes and a $400 fine they and their spouses and minor children can adjust to legal permanent resident status. The bill addresses the issue of families who have been separated through deportation. Undocumented immigrants who had been deported for non-criminal reasons but who had been in the U.S. before the end of 2011 can reapply to re-enter and apply for RPI status, if they are the spouse of or parent to a child who is a U.S. citizen or legal resident, or a Dreamer eligible for the DREAM Act. 4. They have now added the Denials to the statistics. There were more denials in March alone than there were in the previous 7 months combined.
  5. It seems like they're going with a 6 month processing time for DACA, which is the same for all of the 4 Service Centers. Now the Customer Service people can't tell you that there isn't an official processing time for DACA because they just added one. If you can't see the form type I-821D, clear your browser cache and the cookies.
  6. I've noticed that many people don't seem to know that you have to create an account online to be able to receive Case Status Updates. I think this is because many people believe that by sending in the form G-1145 with their application, they would receive text and e-mail updates. The purpose of the form G-1145 was to notify you of when the Lockbox had received your application. After that, you won't get any further updates on your case. If you want to receive a notification whenever there is an update to your case, you're going to have to Sign up for it on the USCIS website. Let's get started: - First, go to this link to create an account, https://egov.uscis.g...tercustomer.jsp - You will see this form. Fill it out and click Submit. *Make sure to add a phone number if you want to receive text updates. - After you have created your account, Sign In using your User ID and Password. - After you have logged in, you will have the option to add your Receipt Number to your Portfolio. Click on Add a Case to Your Portfolio *You will be able to add your second Receipt Number on the next page. - Enter your Application Receipt Number, - Your application will now be added to your Portfolio. Click on Add a Case to Your Portfolio to add your second Receipt Number. - After you have added both Receipt Numbers to your portfolio, you will then be able to turn on the notifications. First, click on both of the boxes under Select. Then, click on E-mail Alert On or Mobile Alert On, or both, to turn on the notifications. - You will now receive a notification whenever there is an update to your case, like a Request For Evidence, Approval, Denial, Notice To Appear, Name Update or Case Transfer. No more need for constant checking. * Some of you will still be checking your status daily.
  7. http://www.uscis.gov...aca-13-3-15.pdf Seems like the approvals went down by about 5,000 in February.
  8. This was the response a member from another forum got when he submitted a Service Request after his case had been pending for 6 months. Ouch. That must be one hell of a background check.
  9. Things got quiet real quick. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUJdiqMLgBU
  10. SOURCE The number of applications submitted dropped in November and it seems like it's going to drop more in December. From Nov 15 - Dec 15, they doubled the approval number from the previous 2 months and a half. It seems like there will be more approvals in December than there were in November, which was 47,954 approvals.
  11. As most of you may now from personal experience, a lot of us have 2 last names. On the Social Security Card application there is a section where it says "NAME TO BE SHOWN ON CARD" and under that it says "FULL NAME AT BIRTH" http://www.socialsec...online/ss-5.pdf What I'm wondering is if anyone here applied for a Social Security Card and didn't include both last names or left out a middle name. I ask this because previously I thought this wasn't possible since I read several people who were told to write down their full name as it appears on their EAD, but according to the SSA guidelines (POMS) we can omit our middle name and suffix and since our second last name isn't used in the U.S. it would count as a suffix. https://secure.ssa.g.../lnx/0110205120 So, did anyone get their Social Security Card with a different name than shown on their EAD?
  12. Tiempo Para Recibir Recibo De Daca

Mandaste la forma G-1145? Si no, no te va a llegar texto ni e-mail, solo te llegaran dos cartas por correo notificandote que ya reibieron tus aplicaciones.
  13. Rfe Of Education

You don't need to have the actual GED certificate. You just need proof that you are enrolled in and are currently attending GED classes.
  14. Official Daca Renewal Released

Yeah. I find it weird how some people were approved without sending them in the first time. Makes me wonder if they are even necessary, but oh well, gotta send them in just to make sure. Yeah, this is basically what your packet should consist of, I-861D form I-765 form I-765WS form G-1145 form (optional) 2 passport photos $465 Check or Money Order made out to 'U.S. Department of Homeland Security' 1 copy of your EAD card (front and back) New documents involving removal proceedings or criminal history that you did not already submit to USCIS (only if applicable) Copy of the letter that came with your EAD, the one with the barcode. (optional)
  15. Official Daca Renewal Released

You don't need to submit any documents with the I-821D application unless, You have new documents involving removal proceedings or criminal history that you did not already submit to USCIS in a previously approved DACA request.
  16. Fafsa?

We don't qualify for FAFSA under DACA. You need to let the lady know so that she can perhaps help you find other forms of financial aid.
  17. Hello, Mari Here From Los Angeles, Ca

    Hi, welcome to the forum.
  18. Uh, no. We are not naturalizing into U.S. Citizens, so no, we did not have to do this.
  19. The renewal process has not been revealed yet, so no one knows if this will affect you, we can only speculate, and seeing as how DUIs were causes for application denials for DACA, then there is a big possibility that this will affect you.
  20. Advance Parole

Humanitarian purposes, such as travel to obtain medical treatment, attend funeral services for a family member, or visit an ailing relative. http://www.uscis.gov/i-131
  21. I Won The Lottery!!!!! Omg

And you got a Green Card from DACA as well right? ..............
  22. You can re-apply and start the whole process all over again if you have new evidence, but you can't re-open your same case.
