Actually, as of January 12, the Customer Service is now available on Saturdays from 9 am to 5pm. Give them a call and ask them why your EAD hasn't been shipped out if you were approved 3 months ago and they will give you the option to put in a Service Request to the Service Center that is processing your case. They will be able to give you an answer.

November 9 is a looong time back. You should definitely call the Customer Service number and put in a Service Request.

Well, considering how low of a number of applications USCIS has received, 394k as of January 17, compared to the number everyone was expecting, 900k - 1.2 mill. There are no other status updates in between initial review and Approval/RFE, and like pswa said, your case status online will update immediately.

It could be that not all of the Service Centers are doing it but when my card was shipped, the tracking number was in the status.

The tracking number will be in your status when the card is shipped out.

You don't get any other letter after doing Biometrics. Your status will stay on initial review until your account is approved or you're issued an RFE. The letters USCIS sends you are; 2 Receipt letters 1 Biometrics letter 2 letters of Approval if you get approved, or an RFE letter.

They're misinformed. There is currently no deadline for DACA until Congress decides to stop it or the President puts an end to it.

The only letters you'll be getting after doing Biometrics are Approval or RFE letters. Or if you're getting deported, a NTA.
