A copy of the I-821D approval letter would probably make things easier if you were to be stopped and questioned, but the EAD should be enough. The EAD shows the category C33 which stands for DACA and shows that we have legal presence to be inside the U.S.

You're going to have to file another I-765, which will be a fee of $465. You should call the National Customer Service Center (NCSC): 1-800-375-5283 and ask them specifically what documents you need to send in to obtain a replacement EAD, like for example a copy of your I-821D approval letter, etc. Perhaps also file a police report? I've heard people mention that in other forums.

If you already have a real Social Security Number, you still need to go to the SSA to update your legal status information. You will keep the same number. I don't know about your AZ driver's license. Are you still currently using it to drive without any issues? To add a signature, click on your name on the upper right hand of this page. Then a drop down menu will appear, click on My settings. Then click on Signature on the left hand side of the screen.

How Did You Proved That You Were Here In June 15Th?
JoseG replied to KAIIN3's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
I don't see why not. As long as they are taken in a place that can be verified to be within the U.S. For example I sent some pictures as proof of continuous residence that were taken at San Francisco and in the background is the Golden Gate bridge. Another photograph was taken inside a Chuck E. Cheese which I don't believe exist in Mexico. Another photograph was at Universal Studios Hollywood and a few others which can't be verified, but were taken inside my house and other's at my uncle's house that I sent anyways. All of the photographs were dated. -
I would have probably just made up a story of how you had to change your SSN because of identity theft. Would have probably made things much easier lol.

I sent a copy of a confirmation e-mail that I got from ebay because I purchased a USB charger on June 10, 2012. It also says, "Ship to: My name an address" so it was perfect to show that I was going to get something delivered to my house within a few days. The same day I also checked into facebook at a local Festival that's held in my town, so I sent a copy of that facebook listing also, dated June 10, 2012. -
They didn't list the evidence that they want you to send in?

8Mos. Waiting, Never Recieved A Receipt From Uscis In Wac
JoseG replied to Rosales_LE's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
Really? You definitely do not want to keep on waiting. Did you recieve any letters from USCIS at all? -
You should only carry it with you if you're going to be going to a job interview incase they ask about your work authorization. Another instance where you should carry it is if you're going to be crossing a Border Patrol inspection, other than that, you should leave it at home.
-
That's why I said that you can reapply if you find new evidence. You will have to wait until you receive the denial letter to see what you were denied for and then to see if you are able to find new documents to cover that.
-
What did the RFE ask for? USCIS does not accept affidavits as proof of being here on June 15, 2012. If you are denied, you can't re-open or appeal the decision unless the denial was caused by an error from USCIS. You could re-apply if you have NEW evidence to show. You don't get your documents or money back when you're denied.

Just your I-821D is updated.
-
Not sure what to say. I would send an e-mail to the Service Center that processed your case and give them your name, receipt number, alien number and the Received date shown on your Receipt letters. Explain to them that you received an RFE and that you replied to it with the evidence that you did, then tell them that you don't understand why you were denied.

How Long After They Recieve Ref Documents Would I Get A Decision?
JoseG replied to Patbel's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
It can vary greatly from a week to a couple of months. -
Some of those dreamers had DACA, some didn't. Those who did have DACA, didn't request Advance Parole before leaving the United States, therefore they are inadmissible and might be barred from the U.S for 3/10 years. They didn't have the required documents to travel outside of the U.S, DACA alone doesn't allow us to do that.

How Long Does It Take To Get The Rfe In Mail After Notice?
JoseG replied to jaykumarv's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
I believe it says in your I-821D status that it can take about 14 days. -
I doubt it. Do you really want to let the SSA know that you have worked with a fake social and now want to put those earnings onto your real one? You can transfer your ITIN credit history to your new SSN, but I haven't heard of people transferring social security earnings from someone else's number to their own.
-
At what age did he enter the U.S.? Affidavits don't count as evidence to prove at what age you entered.
-
Yes, your I-821D application status will change once you have been issued an RFE.
-
If you filed your application with a lawyer, they will receive the RFE letter, not you. What do you mean by "they told us the they don't believe the letter that was sent with the package how my Husband enter the State? " Did you send a letter as proof of when your husband entered the U.S.?

Maybe you can try using this to see if it gives you any information on the status of your application. https://www.dmv.ca.gov/online/dlstatus/welcome.htm
