I doubt anyone has been successful. The employees were most likely all trained to spot the C33 category on our EADs and deny anyone that applies using it.

So you were in high school during the years of 2007-2008 and you sent your transcripts? I think you should go back to your high school and see if they have an attendance record and ask them to write you a letter stating that you went to school from year - year. Send that along with your transcript and any other things you can get a hold of.

You wont hear anything after doing your Biometrics until your case is approved, or you receive an RFE, which that could take several months.

You can find the e-mails to the Service Centers here. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=ddce0b89284a3210VgnVCM100000b92ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=ddce0b89284a3210VgnVCM100000b92ca60aRCRD

Can you get a transcript from the school you were attending?

One Receipt Number is for your I-821D application and the other Receipt Number is for the I-765 application. Wait until the Receipt letters arrive in the mail, which should be within a couple of days, and check again to see if your case status is available online.

Will An Unpaid Traffic Ticket Disqualify Me For Daca
JoseG replied to AP88's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
It seems to me like there would be two possible outcomes, have the ticket go to collections or have a bench warrant issued out on you or maybe both. Since you say that you can not find a warrant and that the ticket went into collections, it seems to me like the worse that can happen is it affects your credit and you can lose your license, if that's what really happened. I know hardly anything about this sort of stuff, but that's just my take on it. An easy way to find out would be to call the court and see if there is a warrant issued? If not, you would be free to apply. -
Prior to June 25, 2011, all original SSN cards issued via EAE were in the 729 to 733 series. Effective June 25, 2011, all original SSN cards will be issued randomly per RM 10201.050. Since June 25, 2011, all numbers are issued at random, which means that it doesn't matter what number your SSN begins with. U.S. Citizens, Permanent Residents, Us, we will all have random numbers.

It's okay. Your ID and DL are supposed to be for 2 years only because that's how long your EAD is valid for, except some people have been given a full term ID and DL. SSN numbers are issued at random, so it doesn't matter what it starts with.
-
Some states sign you up when you obtain an ID or DL.

Here's one of his responses to the racism. He seems to have taken it very well.

It might be, but that's the kid's image, that's who he is.

Bunch of assholes. Like a comment said on Youtube said, they're asking "why is that Mexican singing our national anthem" but they wouldn't be asking "why is that Mexican joining our military" Beautiful performance by the way, I like that part at 1:24 when he points and nods at the flag.

No. Not unless you commit a crime or something that can get you deported and that's not new. Nothing has passed yet. It's just the Republicans in the House doing their regular chest puffing.

Just your EAD and your social security number.

Can Uscis Take Their Decision Back ??!!!!
JoseG replied to mm22806's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
That's normal. Your case will update 4 times after approval. Card Production - Your EAD card is put into production. Post Decision Activity - Approval Notices are sent out. Card Mailed Out - USCIS puts your EAD in the mail. USPS Pick Up - USPS pick ups your EAD and issues you a tracking number. -
That's normal.
-
Don't worry about it. It has happened quite a few times. Perhaps your name was misspelled somewhere and they corrected.

The transfer is common when a Service Center is backed up with too many applications. What's the current status of your case?
