JoseG - Thanks, it says any other document so hopefully they take immunization record. itzel - I don't have some of the final report cards. I think some got thrown out or lost during moving. So I wasn't sure if I needed each final grade from each year.

Hi all, I'm filing my deferred action and I've come across the Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Process more specifically the Evidence for proof you continuously resided in U.S. since June 15, 2007. I have my High School Diploma, some old elementary school report cards (some years missing), and immunization records. Under the USCIS website it does not say medical records count but some other websites do. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/usc...00082ca60aRCRD (ctrl+f = Evidence or Proof of Presence in U.S. on June 15, 2012 ) I was wondering if since I am missing some report cards would that still count towards evidence even though I'm not providing for each year if the immunization records do not count towards evidence of presence in the US?
