  1. When I was younger and way more stupid I decided to leave the country, no more than a month later I tried to come back, 3 times I got caught at the border and deported (within 2 weeks), never talked to a judge, they released me next day, the 4th time was the charm and here I'm, 9 years later. They took my finger prints and I lied about my name. At least I used the same alias every time. Anyways, what do you guys think?
  2. Has anyone submitted any church documents like: marriage / baptism certificates? how do they verify this kind of documents? I just found mine (baptism) and its just a piece of paper with names/dates and a scribbled signature (and some other crap) but everything seems very casual, what do you guys think?
  3. A little background, I'm 29, entered without inspection when 15 yo, didn't go to school right away, worked and got paid cash, I didn't get a bank account until I became 18 (when I could get a passport). In other words I have no paper record of any kind from 15 to 18, I may be able to get a medical record but not sure. My only chance will be getting a bunch of affidavits from friends and relatives during that time, will they (USCIS) take circumstantial evidence for my arrival date? Thank you.
  4. Ronny17, do you mind sharing a little bit of information about yourself and your application? to get an idea what have or could have triggered this InfoPass appointment . Thank you
  5. I have not been invisible I have plenty of records from 2000-12 (bank, school, wireless, etc) but my dental records may be my be the earliest record and the only one before I became 16 (i'm 29), I pretty much have everything I need BUT something from before I became 16.
  6. Rawf, What bank? how much did u pay? Thank you Sinae, Thanks.
  7. DACA statistics !

the 94% acceptance rate its amazing.. it gives me hope.
  8. My dentist records may be my only records,. I didn't go to school right away.:S
  9. As many have advised us, it may not be a good idea to use paystubs (with a funky SSN) with your DACA application BUT bank statements are ok, has anyone requested old statements from your bank and had to pay any fees or had any dificulties? Thank you. I may have to request statements as old as 10 years :S Thank you.
  10. I once went to a dentist, when I was younger, I may have my file but this dentist office is no longer there, they either moved and/or just went out of business, do they (USCIS) need to get in contact with them (dentist office) to verify my file? Thank you. uhm
  11. I recently emailed a previous employer who I worked with for many years and asked him for help and he replied that I should ask a relative for help instead,. asshole.. btw he knew my status then,..its not like this came as a surprise to him..
  12. Every time I come to this forum and see you guys signatures with your progress makes very [word not allowed] sad... happy for you, very sad for me. I entered this country without inspection when i was 15, didn't go to school right away, worked, got paid cash, paid all my [word not allowed] cash, didn't get a bank account until I became 18, I'm having a VERY hard time to find ways to prove that I entered since then, I've worked my ass off, I've made it as far as I can, I know I can do better BUT I CANT. I'm 29 now ... depressed and emotionally tired. I've lived all of my adult life here, there is nothing there for me back at "home" but I can't do this anymore either... Sorry ,..just needed to vent a little.
  13. I can't seem to find a way to prove I entered the country before becoming 16 years old, I entered illegally, so no visa or forms of any kind, I started working right away but got paid cash, did not get any paychecks until 18-19 years old when I opened a bank account, also around that same time I left the country and came back, getting deported 3 times while doing so. I also got my GED recently as an adult (I'm 29 yo) and currently enrolled in college. Any suggestions?
  14. Welcome to the forums uhm :)
