Also, I went to school with Work Permit and SSN, and claimed to be a resident...I also transferred from JUCO, so I guess that helped...my 2 cents...graduated in 2011

In the link I provided in the post before the previous one, pay special attention to 'Category F - Resident Alien/Employment Authorization/Visa type card holders eligible for In-State tuition'...also, depending on the school you select, your academic performance will be scrutinized according to their selectivity...

They usually take two weeks or so. Remember we are hitting the holiday rush. Things are being mailed left and right. I do hope you get it soon!

I would suggest going to the office to check after the 2 week mark because mine got lost in the mail the first time and they had to reissue a new one.

  4. Official Vermont Approval or Pending Thread

so finally after all this wait, im happy to say that i finally got approved )) here's my timeline Application done by a lawyer Sent in Aug 27.2012( Vermont) Received Date: August 31, 2012 Biometrics Receipt: 9-03-2012 Date of Bio: 10-1-2012 Completed EAD: Approved Nov 7 2012 Daca: Approved Nov 7 2012 but when i look up online, instead of going straight to "card/document production,"it stayed on "post decision activity"anyone can explain?
  5. yeah hopefully, as i was seeing it takes vermont 10-20 days to approve, 20 being the latest so i hope by the end of October im approved
  6. itzel, you shouldve been approved already :x
  7. oh so it doesnt matter if you did a walk in or not? do they go by your initial bio date?
  8. where do you guys check what date theyre on? my service center is vermont
  9. Walk-ins before Biometrics appointment date

im doing a walk in on monday, im reading that a bunch of people have done it
  10. Keep Track of DACA Process

  11. Walk-ins before Biometrics appointment date

well, im going to try calling tomorrow to see if this is true, i mean, it wouldnt hurt to atleast try.
  12. im worry :(

when did you send your package?
  13. im not trying to sound selfish or anything, but i think this is a better chance to get our documentation in a shorter time! (for those who have been accepted ofcourse).
  14. in the ASC appintment notice it says both I821D -I765 im thinking that theyre together, so maybe itll take less than expected? im hoping that after we go to this appointment, itll take 1-2 months to receive the EAD permit. then itll take an extra 2 weeks to get a ssn.
  15. so wait, once we do our appointment, what happens next? we have to wait like how many months to receive the EAD?
