      i would talk to the admissions department at the school(s) you want to attend and ask them if you qualify under the residency requirements. also, some schools, mostly small private school may not accept DACA approved applicants for admissions to their school.

      dean of students would be able to help a lot with your concern. I would do what pswa said and also find the dean to speak to him about your status. You will be amazed with what they can do for you so you can get instate tuition.

      Check this website, since apparently, my comment got cut off: http://admissions.fiu.edu/how/forms/residency.pdf ...this applies for all major state schools (FIU, UF, FSU, USF, UCF, FAU, FAMU) and others in Jax...
