  1. Hi guys, I have a question. When should I apply for the CA Dream Act? I am currently a senior in high school and everyone in my class are qualified to apply for FAFSA, however I am not. When I go to the dream act application is states that it's only for the 2013-14 year. Should I fill out that one? I have no idea how I am going to get financial aid if there is no application for the 2014-15 year. I have tried calling for assistance, but they never pick up.
