I had a question about form i765 ws, I haven't found any information on the interwebs about a situation exactly like mine. So right now i'm currently working with a false SS#, & I'm making about 35k+ a year. I'm trying to apply for the Daca, it's been in the back of my mind since it first started I'm just scared of not getting approved. My co worker just recieved his SS number, and what he put was that he made no income at all. When in all reality he makes the same as me. Is it better to lie or just tell the truth when it comes to I765 WS. Do they check anything when it comes to that form. I've also filed taxes idk if that makes a difference.

Hello! I haven't been here in awhile.. Been busy since approval! Now it is time for those of you who got approved early to RENEW! 120 days before your last approval expires. Mine expires on 12/12/2014 so I'm starting today to fill out the forms. Luckily, we are exempted from filling out all of those tedious portions and proof that we had to submit for initial review!! Hallelujah!! As some of you already know, the renewal form/directions are different (YAY we don't have to fill a bunch of sections ) It is such a rip off though, I've got to say that we have to pay that darned $465 dollars... AGAIN. Current Immigration Status (visitor, student, etc) Do I put 'Approved for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals' or 'unlawful status' or 'none' as before (when I first applied for it I had put 'none')??? Hello fellow Dreamers,I know I haven't really done a proper introduction of myself , so here's a try on doing that. I was born in Peru and I moved to this blessed country when I was 12 years old. I've lived here since then, I'm 23 years old and currently going to Santa Monica College and I'll be attending California State University, Northridge in the Fall of 2013. Hey Dreamers, My I-821 application was approved online on 2/21/13. And when I checked my I-765 it was still in Initial Review. Today I received my I-821 approval letter in the mail, but still no I-765 approval letter. Most people get both of their approval letters in the mail on the same day, so that worries me a bit. My applications were received on 12/16/12, and I had my Biometrics appointment on 1/28/13. It hasn't even been a month since I had my Biometrics, so could that be the reason why my I-765 has not been approved? Also, can I still apply for a SSN with just the I-821 approval letter? Thanks :-) ****UPDATE**** - My I-765 was approved yesterday (2/27/13). It took less than a month after my Biometrics. I wish all of you the best, and keep DREAMing
