  1. So I naively applied for a job in Alaska because I've always wanted to go but now that I got the job, I have a problem. I have looked up on the web and it says that i need advanced parole to travel to hawai and Alaska, but I have seen people in other forums saying that they traveled to Hawaii Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories without advanced parole just with a license. But those people all went before 2015, I was wondering has anyone traveled out of the continental U.S. starting 2017? I am afraid to go and then they wont let me back into the country
  2. Hello. New to this forum. I am currently on my first renewal of the DACA. well recently, I realized that I am due to serve in the army of the country I am from. (South Korea.) to do that, I need to go to the SK and get my physicals done. the issue is I am worried about the return. I am unsure about the policies of the DACA, but I have been told that DACA will only allow the departure under three categories. 1. Family Issue. (death, near death etc.) 2. Business (Business Trip etc.) 3. School Related (study abroad etc.) well since my reason would be about the army or the duty given under my current citizenship, and it is some what pretty critical, I want to know if that would be a legitimate reason for me to visit a different country for a moment. Has anyone left the states and safely/ligally returned for the reasons other than those three? What exactly is their policy? where should I start looking into?

    Hi there. I see this is a site full of people like me. And I love you guys for that. But unfortunately I never got my papers due to deferred action. Because I arrive at the age of 16. I'm 29 now. I live by my matricula and my passport. I'm about to travel to Panama City Beach, FL from Chicago just as a vacation. But I don't know how the roads may be. Has anyone else done this? Is it safe? I'm in distress that I might have to cancel my long awaited vacations due of fear. I'm traveling by bus (Megabus) to Nashville with my girlfriend (Who's a US citizen) and meet with my FL best friend there. Then we are driving to FL. Then we are driving back all the way to Chicago from Panama City. I need helo. Should I cancel? Am I worrying too much? Thanks.

  7. Hello, I should be getting my workers permit this month, I wanted to see if anybody had gone to Mexico and been able to come back, I heard you could by paying a $360 fee. If anybody knows anything please let me know.
