Has Anyone Had Any Experience In The State Of Louisiana Or Know Anyone Elses Experience?

Im just wondering if anyone applied for DACA in the state of louisiana? i got approved once my application from louisiana was transferred to California. would that imply that in order for me to get a state ID or DL be in the state of CA? i wonder if anyone else has this problem? i went to the DMV and they said something about there wasn't even a category for C33 in their system or something like that -
I'm looking for anyone who has been approved with online GED/Diploma classes. I'm currently doing my biometrics scheduled on August 27th, and I wanted to know if I should start having a plan B for my schooling. So, if anyone has ever been approved with online GED please let me know. Thank You,

Hi I was wondering how many of you have been approved for deferred action having shoplifting on your record and to what degree. I pled guilty to shoplifting in 2011. It was the lowest degree, petit larceny I believe in my state. How have your cases been. Will I get denied?

I am so happy I am finally approved!!!! Today I ran my second 5k at Universal Studios Hollywood...and the whole time I was telling myself to run faster and not stop because after today my life would change. I finished 10 minutes faster than my first 5k. This has been the best weekend ever, not to mention that the permit will be arriving this Monday , Cinco de Mayo.. (((( on MY BIRTHDAY!!!!))))). What an awesome gift.... Thank you all for your support!! ..and don't lose patience I am still hopeful that one day we will ALL be granted path to Citizenship!

So finally after all this waiting I have been approved, Thank god! Only he knows how much I really need this! ... picture this, on Friday I was feeling angry from having to wait and decided to go out & have a lil fun and distract myself, there I am at 11:00pm, buzzing it and I get an email on my phone saying I had been approved for my I-821..Man that's all I remember..lol..best weekend ever! App sent: 12/05/2012 App received:12/15/2012 Biometrics:2/1/2013 DACA Appoved:4/26/2013 EAD approved:4/29/2013 Officialy received in mail: pending

So today I got a text saying my status has changed and I checked and it says: card/ document production (it is colored in blue) But the other ones are not highlighted in blue or anything it says this (let me know if you guys know what this means? Thanks!): On March 18, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. Adult Driver Education Certificate vs. Permit

So after going back and forth to the TEXAS DMV, to make an appointment for my permit test, they informed me that I must do an adult driver education and safety course, online preferably. This is a must for all 18 through 24 year olds! But I'm still confused. Once I finish, I will receive a "certificate" will that be my permit to legally operate a vehical? http://www.texasadultdriver.com/ -
So I have been APPROVED! I NEVER received a text message! But I did receive an EMAIL! Of the early yesterday morning of November 30th, I received an email from uscis. Today, the first of December was the day I viewed the emails haha. The email read as this: Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION This was sent at 9:30 a.m 11/30 Application Type: I821D , Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals This was sent at 11:30 a.m 11/30 Feeling: With school finals coming up, I stopped focusing on my case. I used to come to this forum everyday, hoping and wishing my anxiousness would be healed by the constant good news of the associated members. But GOSH! That helped for so long. Even though your happy for others, you do not really feel jealous or upset, but begin to get a little more anxious and worried for your case. So after letting go, USCIS contacted me of my change of statues. I do not know how to feel. I never been the girl that ever won anything, so it's a new feeling. Like I am still in disbelief. Seriously It took me a whole day to muster up feelings of happiness! So my point of this topic is not to rant on about myself being approved, but too let those others that have still been in the "initial review" and been waiting, in what they would consider a "longer time" that I UNDERSTAND. ITS EMOTIONAL AND STRESSFUL. IM WITH U. BUT YOU HAVE TO LET GO AND LET GOD TAKE CONTROL.

This post relates to Rawf, a member. Now the real question is, once you get your EAD, drivers liscense, SSN and state ID, will you then tell certain people in your life about your legal status or eveyone that have ever been curious or bothered you about it. Would you just let the conversation happen on its own or would you play it off, like I would.
