Aled 118 Posted December 7, 2012 I've seen this and frankly, things looks very promising for next year. I can't say whether an immigration reform will get passed or not by next year, the subject is being talked about and that's important. 1 erika020 reacted to this
roadrunner11 167 Posted December 7, 2012 Thanks for posting this Erika. I got the chills listening to their statements. It seems so close but at the same time so surreal. 1 erika020 reacted to this

Thanks for posting this Erika. I got the chills listening to their statements. It seems so close but at the same time so surreal. I agree, but let's keep on pushing the congress and president Obama to make this happen!

Gezinha 121 Posted December 9, 2012 I just cannot believe this is happening. Even though this country is sometimes rough for many people, the laws here are very forgiving, and sooner or later things can look bright for the vast majority. Especially for the younger generation, I hope this does pass, so, many of us still have time to go to school and fulfill our dreams. After the deferred action got going I was so excited to go to school and become a police officer, but I found out you have to be a citizen, or at least a green card holder for the job, now, seeing this gave me bran new hope. I am so excited to even have the opportunities my mother did not have. It is kind of funny though, I am here kind of breaking the law, and then I want to be a police officer...I have all intention of being a nice officer though. haha! Definitely not as bad as some i've come across.
