engineer2mike 36 Posted June 1, 2013 Fresita take your receipts just like I did, and go to you local Congressman.You've been waiting so long. The Congressman aide will copy them, and fax them to Washington. When I did it, the next day I was approved. If it wasn't for someone that mentioned it in this forum, I would've been still waiting.
