Cynthia_Penuelas 13 Posted December 11, 2012 I have my last permit (I-94) on the I-821D where it asks about initial entry i put 2000 which is the year i came to live here but the I-94 is dated 2004 which is the last time i left the country (just for a weekend) my question is this should i just leave the part about the.I-94 blank or should i write the # down??
