Do we really need to send in pictures?

from 2000to 2009 i can prove i was.here using school records but the problem is after 2009 will medical and pharmacy records b enough? I go to the docs every 6 months to the pharmacy every month.

Would a affadavit enough to prove i was here on june 15?

it doesnt have to be exactly on the 15th. it can be a few days before or a few days after the 15th.

and as for the pictures. you need to send 2 passport photos along with you applications. you can have them done at walgreens or rite-aid

you dont have any bills under your name or bank statements. the thing you want to do is at least try and prove that you were here every month after 2009. when i was gathering all my evidence, i wrote to churches trying to find my baptism certificate. i mailed copies of the letter i got back from those churches along with copies of the envelopes.

The only thing i can get is my pharmacy records my name for everymonth ..would that be enough? I also i think i have a letter from my.cell phone company..i pay online so i dont get a bill everymonth

I think i do have some cell phone bills ..two years ago i changed companies b4 i did get a bill every month

Mm i think i threw them away befored i moved this yr ..

Hi Cynthia! I believe you can print your phone statements from the website and that should be proof as well. Check on your company's website for the print bill option.

I dont think you need to send passport photos along with your application Cynthia. Pretty much, phone bills will help you a lot...Good luck!!

the instructions for the I-765 state that you must send in the passport photos. it's on page 5 or 6 of the instructions

also i have a receipt for some lab work i had done 6/14/12 would that be enough to prove that i was here 6/15/12??

If i can prove ive been here since 2000 using school & medical & phone records, should i still get one or two affavadits just to have more proof??
